Accuracy
We assume no responsibility for
the accuracy, integrity and
quality contained in any of the

site. Errors & Omissions excepted.
In the event a product is listed
with an incorrect price due to any
error we shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders listed
at the incorrect price whether or
not the order has been confirmed.
If you have already been charged
and we subsequently cancel your
order, and immediately refund you.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.
All of our new products come with
a thirty (30) day no quibble
guarantee. Outside of this thirty
day period, all warranty claims
must be raised with the product
manufacturer. All faults/problems
with AV installations must be
reported within fourteen (14) days
from the date of installation.
Failure to report problems that
require an engineer visit within
this grace period will result in
visit being subject to our
standard call-out fee.

All complaints submitted via our website will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt, Complaints sent via post may take longer. We will resolve any complaints as soon as humanly possible. You will be informed throughout the process.

and Conditions in any way affects,
excludes or limits your statutory
rights.
